DENNIS WIT (Timothy Hogarth and Bank Messenger). After earning a BA from
Hofstra University and an MA from York University (Toronto) in Sociology, Mr. Wit
changed direction from studying and teaching how people acted to acting how he
wished they would. He has since appeared in many local and regional productions of
Guys and Dolls (Nathan), Fiddler on the Roof (Rabbi), A Midsummer Night’s Dream
(Flute), Hamlet (Ghost/Player King) and most recently developed the role of Ursus
in a live silent screen stage version of Victor Hugo’s The Man Who Laughs. He has
had featured parts in “Sex and the City”, “Saturday Night Live”, “Just My Luck” and
“Sarbane’s Oxley.” He has also played Moe from the Three Stooges in a commercial
and with Robert Klein and Gilbert Gottfried. He has been a resident of Manhattan
